Expirience
Mr. Konstantinov is an expert in research work and technology transfer manager at the Institute of Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer (IIPTT) at the University of National and World Economy (UNWE). In addition to the research activities of IIPTT he participates in the communication and cooperation with the international partners of the Institute on the national and international level, some of which are the World Intellectual Property Organization, the European Paten Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office, the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria, etc.
He has held the position of junior expert at the Committee for children, youth and sport in the 43rd National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Education
Mr. Konstantinov has graduated in International Relations and Business Administration at UNWE. He is a PhD student at the Department of Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer at UNWE.
