The Bulgarian Film Institute signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the National Academy of Theatre and Film Arts “Kr. Sarafov ”(NATFA). The two sides agree to focus their efforts on activities that contribute to the development of the creative industries in Bulgaria and in particular the Bulgarian film industry.
Among the priorities they set are the strengthening of the Academy-Business relationship, optimizing the training of specialists in the film industry, technology transfer for the purposes of modernizing the sector, dissemination of knowledge about the protection and management of intellectual property rights of culture products.
NATFA is a Bulgarian higher school in the field of stage and screen arts. From its establishment in 1948 until today, the Academy is the only educational institution in Bulgaria in this specialized field.
